I teach in the New York City area, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and parts of Long Island.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you access to a pool. Requests for lessons without a pool location will be denied.

Please wear appropriate swim attire as well as a swim cap and goggles if you have them. I can also provide goggles to borrow. Having a towel and bottle of water nearby is highly recommended!

During our first lesson, I will assess your swim ability and identify areas of improvement. After each lesson, if requested, I will send notes and videos so that you'll have a reminder of what we covered and be able to implement these tips in your individual practice.
